我が国、日本は資源に残念ながら恵まれておりません。しかし、高度経済成長を支えてきたベースは高度な技術で経済を押し上げてきました。我が国、日本が今後も国際社会の優良な一員として君臨していくには、高度な技術を更に向上させ、人材を満面なく排出して行くことが重要だと思われます。・・・・・・・・資源の貧しさは、アメリカの核の傘に入る事で何とかしのいで来ました。しかし、２００８年のアメリカのリーマンショック以降、日本は自国を再度見直す時期が到来しました。２００９年・日本の政治が自民党から民主党に政権が移行した事が隠し用のない事実です。・・・・・・・・指導者・・・・・つまり・・・未来への良きアドバイザーが重要な気がします。結論から申しますと大学の見直し・・・・・綜合大学・・・・細分すると・・・・・文系は専門職の国家資格を義務化・・・・・・理系は・・・・・文系の専門職（国家資格を義務化する）・・・・このような・・・・事が今後人材を育てて行く上で重要かと思われます。
