・こんにちは！カットボール響太郎です！！（教太郎は犬の名前にしました。今年は響太郎でいきますのでよろしくお願いします。）・・・・・寒さを忘れるようなインパクトあるブログになれば幸いです！

・指導者として大切なことは、大きな団体、大きな企業、さらには一国の指導者ともなれば、その責任はまことに重く大きなものがあると思います。その重大な責任を指導者の立場にある人は強く感じなくてはならないと思うのです。

・今、日本において、各界の指導者の方がたのあり方というものを考えて見ますと、政治の面でも、教育の面でも、企業経営その他の面でも、必ずしも適切とばかりはいえない点もありはしないかと思われます。指導者の責任というものが一応は考えられてはいても、それに徹するという点で欠けるものがないか、ものの見方が妥当ではない面はありはしないか、信念に力強さが足りなくはないか、そういったところから今日の混沌とした状態が生まれてきているのではないか、そんな感じがしないでもありません。そうしたところに反省すべきものがあるような気がします。

・もともと、国といわず、団体といわず、企業といわず、指導者が、一つの理念なり使命感、信念をもって運営していくならば、おおむね指導者の思い通りに進めていけるものだと思います。指導者が正しい指導理念、正しい使命感、正しい信念をもっていれば、指導者の思うままにその団体は動き、成果もあがり、発展も生まれてくるでしょう。だから指導者の責任はきわめて重いわけで、指導者はつねに、自分の指導理念が誤りがないか、正しい使命感、信念をもっているか、自分のやり方は適切であるかといったことを自問自答し、また他の人にも問いたずねていきつつ、検討を怠ってはならないと思うのです。・ですから、指導者はもっともよく他人に意見を聞き、いわゆる衆知を集めそれを生かせる人でなくてはならないと思います。同時にまた指導者は自分の集団、団体の欠点にとらわれてはならないと思います。自分に対しては厳しいものを持つことが必要ですが、他人に対しては、いわゆる清濁あわせ飲むといいますか、寛容な心を持つことが大切だと思うのです。指導者といえども人間ですから、いろいろな欲望を持つのは当然でしょう。しかし、自分一個の欲望にとらわれるのは指導者としては好ましくないことであり、極力さけなくてはならないと思います。もっと大きな、団体のこと、国のことを思う、いわば大欲というものを持ちたいと思うのです。

・すでに千年も二千年（日本・中国の先人）も昔に、人間として指導者としての非常に立派な教え、優れた業績を残した人々がたくさんおられるのです。にもかかわらずそれがなお今日に十分生かされてはいないわけで、そういう意味では人間というものはあまり進歩していないともいえましょう。・すでに立派な教え、優れた手本はいくらでもあるのですから、われわれは素直にそれを取り入れ、自分の持ち味に従って応用し、生かしていったらいいだけです。それができていないのは、結局、人間特に指導者が自分の利害とか感情、欲望、一個の知恵などにとらわれて、素直な心を失っている面があるからではないでしょうか。

･The responsibility is truly heavy and I think a thing important as the leader for the big one to exist if furthermore becoming the leader of one country a big group and a big enterprise. The person in leader's standpoint thinks that he or she should feel that it is strong of the important responsibility. ･Only appropriateness necessarily seems for the point that cannot be said not to exist either in respect of politics, respect of the education, and Enterprise Management and other respects in Japan when ideal ways of the people of the leader of the various circles are seen by thinking now. Respect where the view of the one is not appropriate is by leader's responsibility, doesn't have the lacking one by one respondent in the point of devoting to it even in case of being if thought, and is not or is not insufficient powerful in belief or ..such thinking.. not exist might arisen from such a place the state that today is chaotic. I think that there is something that should be reflected in such a place. ･It is not said the group, and originally, it is not said the enterprise, and I think that the one that can be roughly advanced according to leader's desire if the leader has and manages the sense of mission and belief one idea not saying as the country. The group will move as the leader thinks, the result go up, and development arise if the leader has a correct guidance idea, a correct sense of mission, and correct belief. Therefore, I do not think to neglect examining asking answer and other those whether my guidance idea always is errorless or has a correct sense of mission and belief in the leader because leader's responsibility is extremely heavy or my way is appropriate who ask oneself and looking. ･Leaders most often think of opinions to others, and therefore, hearing, so-called the popular knowledge, is collected and I think it to be a person who can make the best use of. The leader doesn't think that it is necessary to be caught in the fault of the group by his group again at the same time. Others are said drinking broad-minded putting together so-called or I think that it is important with a generous mind though having the severe one is necessary for me. Because it is man, even the leader might be natural with various desires. However, being caught in the desire of me one wants to be undesirable, and to have the one that it is necessary to avoid it as much as possible as a leader. ･It wants ..group.. to think of the country, and to have the avarice so to speak ..bigger... ･There are already a lot of people who left a very splendid teaching as the leader and distinguished attainments as man for 1000 and as many as 2,000 years (predecessors in Japan and China) in old times. However, because it has not been made the best use of enough still today, it can be said that man will not have advanced so much in such a meaning. ･We already very much a splendid teaching and an excellent model are only good when it is obediently taken, it applies according to my peculiar characteristic, and we make the best use of. Is it after all ..it.. ....made.... because there is respect of catching in my interests or feelings, the desire, and one wisdom in man, especially in the leader, etc. , and the losses of an obedient mind?
