・APEC・・・アジア太平洋経済協力会議）Asia－PacificEconomic Cooperation
・１９８９年、オーストラリアのホーク首相の提唱により、アジア太平洋地域の協議システムとして発足したAPEC。１９９１年の第３回閣僚会議で、マレーシアが貿易ブロック的性格をもつ東アジア経済共同体（EAEC)構想を打ち出し、注目を集めた。その後、この地域内での貿易自由化促進が合意され、２０２０年までに自由化を達成するという宣言が採択されている。２０００年に開かれたブルネイでの会議では、WTOの時期多角的貿易交渉（新ラウンド）については、この地域内のすべての人がインターネットに接続できる環境を構築するように政策展開していくことなどの首脳宣言を発表した。

･APEC that started as conference system of Asia Pacific region by advocacy of the fork Prime Minister in Australia in 1989. It worked out Asian east economic community (EAEC) plan where Malaysia had a trade bloc character in the 3rd ministerial conference in 1991, and attention was attracted. Afterwards, it agrees on the trade liberalization promotion in this region, and the declaration of being achieve liberalization by 2020 is adopted. At the conference in Brunei that had been opened in 2000, the head declaration such as progressing of the policy to construct the environment to which all the people in this region were able to hook up to the Internet was announced about multilateral trade negotiations of the time of WTO (New Round).
